One organization per client
Each customer organization is its own tenant. People invited into that organization use its assessments, evidence, plans of action, vendors, and executive briefing. Signing in to a second client means a login for that organization. Data does not cross organizations.

Service-provider records inside one organization
Inside a client organization, the vendor register can record an MSP or another external service provider, including tier and assessment dates. That is a record in one organization. It is not a console across clients.

Multi-client console
A customer login that lists the client organizations an MSP operates and switches among them is not shipped. Advisedly staff have an internal organization switcher. That control is not available on a customer MSP login, and it is not this console. This item is roadmap.
How this supports preparation
An MSP that has been invited into a client organization can prepare that client’s assessments and evidence there. The product does not yet offer one screen for every client. Until the console ships, do not describe the staff switcher as the MSP product.

- Can an MSP switch among client organizations from one login?
- Not from a customer login. That multi-client console is roadmap. Advisedly staff have a separate internal switcher, and it is not a customer feature. Advisedly supports preparation. It does not certify an organization, accept an examination, or decide that you comply with a law or a framework.
- Does a client organization share data with the MSP’s other clients?
- No. Each organization is its own tenant. Records stay in the organization where they were written.
Book a demo
